Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works. 

Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.

Test trainees through various methods including assessments to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.

Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget.

Develop and publish an effective external training curriculum along with suitable marketing materials. 

Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of years of professional experience.
  • At least two years of training and development experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
