Job Details: Sr. Subsea Im Engineer

The successful candidate will be based at WGIM, Houston, and will report directly to the Integrity and Reliability Engineering Manager.

Job Description

Responsible for leading integrity management projects for subsea O&G systems

(pipelines, TTR, SCR, flexible pipes, umbilicals, Xmas trees, manifolds, structures,

control systems), including interface management with clients.

Apply Risk Based Inspection methodology to subsea production facilities. Develop

and facilitate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments of subsea equipment.

Develop periodic reviews and fitness assessment of the equipment.

Liaise with other disciplines for applicable engineering interfaces and issue IM plans

and technical reports.

Supports development of group and business stream

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Subsea Engineering industry;
• Minimum 3 years of Flexible Risers Technology Experience, including risk and

mechanical integrity

• Mandatory fluency in English. Conversational Spanish preferable;
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Demonstrate experience on:

• Integrity assessment methods;

• Developing and facilitating subsea Hazard Identification;

• Subsea systems Risk Assessment / Integrity Management;

• Periodic reviews of inspection and monitoring plans and fitness assessment for

supporting subsea Integrity Management and Strategy recommendations;

• Developing standards and procedures for supporting the Integrity Management

Systems;

• Inspection planning and application of inspection and monitoring techniques for

subsea systems;

Publication of Technical papers in recognized international conferences.
