To support the Update and Review of the Integrated Management System, and that risk aspects are adequately addressed in the individual business processes.
To plan for and organise the preparation of an Company level Risk Management Process and associated procedures, methodologies and tools.
To identify, maintain and implement system(s) that supports the control of risk.
Main Tasks
Provide support to the Integrated Management System Review and Update Project.
Support the update process in identifying, registering and controlling risks inherent in and as a result of the individual business processes (activities).
Prepare the risk management strategy, Company level risk management processes and associated procedures, methodologies and tools.
Establish methodologies for ensuring that risk is adequately identified and kept to as low as reasonably practicable when creating new or updating existing business processes.
Main Internal Relationship
The incumbent has a significant interface within the ENIMS Review and Update Project, with the relevant document and process owners throughout the basis organization.
Qualifications
5 years of experience within oil and gas. Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing risk management processes
