We have a vacant position as sales manager for the North Sea market.
Job scope: The sales manager will reports to the vice president of sales, North Sea. The candidate is required to maximise market share, revenue and profitability. He/she is to establish a business strategy to support the growth of the company’s business and to build a comprehensive understanding of the drilling equipment technology markets.
Roles and responsibilities: •Responsible for developing existing/new business to meet corporate goals and objectives regarding North Sea marked •In charge of customer account management •Responsible for co-ordination, follow-up and preparation of technical proposals, including verification of scope of work •Grow business through customer relations and customer service management •Engaged in proactive roles in communications, networks, develop action plans and close follow-up with existing/new customers •Coordinate and liaise with existing customers and/or potential customers in transforming sales tenders to agreements •Maintain sales target revenue for the company and monitor effective controls as needed •Provide technical sales support
Requirements: •Diploma/degree in engineering. Relevant disciplines are mechanical/mechatronics/electrical & electronics) At least 3 to 5 years of experience in related field is required for this position •Oil and gas experience within the offshore drilling industry is highly desirable
