Presenting information to management to determine account potential, whether the customer philosophy dovetails with FMC’s, if there are synergies with other FMC products and whether account will be targeted.Prepares sales strategies for targeted accounts and compiles information needed to prepare proposals such as identifying financial or safety benefits for customer, new applications for existing products and positive performance histories with FMC products.Works with the proposal team to communicate customer requirements and to proactively drive customer specifications towards standardization. Proposes pricing based on market date.   • Acts as a liaison between the Project Team and the customer and must be attuned to issues of both in order to communicate and clarify issues regarding the needs and expectations of the customer and constraints within the FMC Engineering and Manufacturing processes.
  • Manages business expenses against a jointly developed Sales and Advertising Budget and completes reporting requirements.
  • Prepares monthly reports and internal memos to communicate and outline opportunities, to take corrective actions to resolve issues before they become problems and to assist with forecasting.

Relationship responsibilities:
You consult and establish working relationships with local & other site groups. You participate as a fully contributing member of a project team and often lead projects or the solving of problems. You develop strong relationships with customer technical or service personnel. Frequent customer presentation is part of the job. You share opinions, ideas and resources with others to achieve common goals; foster teamwork and collaboration, build trust.
