Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent required.  Associate degree or higher preferred

•HSE & C experience, in oil & gas production operations is a plus

Experience & Technical Competencies:

•Excellent written and verbal English communications skills

•Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office; ability to learn company specific applications.
•Excellent reasoning, analytical, technical and research skills

•Able to communicate both orally and in writing with good interpersonal skills. 
•Highly organized – ability to prioritize issues and focus on multiple projects simultaneously

•Commitment to produce accurate, high-quality work. 
•Any experience supporting oil and gas operations through the use of electronic data management systems/software preferred. 
•Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and to work under pressure to manage time, prioritize projects and meet deadlines. 
•Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts. 
•Knowledge of Oil and Gas terminology; any working knowledge of legislation, regulation, standards and best practices is a plus.

 Basic Purpose:

Provide general administrative and technical support to the Regulatory function in Oil and Gas Petroleum Compliance:

•Compile large regulatory submittals to indicated specifications and arrange for delivery within required deadlines

•Support development of briefing materials (e.g., PowerPoint slide packs) for use with senior management and line regarding regulatory/permitting status/issues

•Coordinate system to maintain hard copy and electronic documents as required

•Conduct research and prepare summaries and overviews on various topics in support of regulatory activities as appropriate Key Relationships (including functional reporting).
