Job Details: Quality Manager, Project Portfolio Er

We have vacancies as QA Manager at Project portfolio level, department of Project Quality - Kongsberg and Asker
This position is functionally part of the main Project Quality ER management team reporting to the Manager Project Quality ER. The position will further be assigned to a specific Portfolio reporting to the Project Portfolio Manager and be part of his/her execution and management team.

Responsibility:

• Responsible as the Quality Manager at project portfolio level, reporting to the FMC Project Portfolio Manager.
• Responsible for management, implementation and coordination of FMC and Client quality requirements within portfolio projects.
• Establish execution synergies within portfolio and towards Client team.
• Support ER Project Portfolio Manager in implementation and execution of portfolio goals and objectives
• Responsible for team management of quality managers within the portfolio.
• Responsible for reporting quality status and issues at portfolio level.

• Prepare and execute yearly goals and strategy for the group
  • Plan and recruit personnel in projects in cooperation with the Manager, Project Quality ER
  • Ensure work process improvements in co-operation with Quality functions and project portfolio.

Qualifications and personal qualities

• Minimum master degree or equivalent job experience within technical field. Relevant job experience must be related to quality management and management.
• Generally more than 15 years experience with Quality Management in technology projects and personnel management.
• Experience from working with supply chains, preferably from offshore related industry or other industry with high requirements to Quality.
• Good understanding of the overall project processes.
• Good skills in Norwegian and English language, oral and written.
