Job DescriptionThe Proposal Support Coordinator is a Buyer in charge of providing Proposal Department withoffers for Equipment and Services. He is the main focal point between Supply Chain & ProposalDepartments for alltechnical and commercial requests to be addressed to Vendors.Key Job accountabilities - To answer Bid qualification questionnaire and review procurement section of the lTT,- To compile list of packages and prepare the Bidders List ensuring compliance withProjecVClient requirements and Corporate Product Vendor List (CPVL),- To issue the Request for Quotation (RFQ),- To expedite the quotations and perform the commercial bid clarifications as required,- To seek assistance from the relevant PKE andior the PKM to assess the technical offers,- To perform the commercial assessment of the offers and check consistency with benchmarksdatabase and previous similar orders,- To organise Bid Clarification Meeting when required,- To prepare the Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE),- To publish all technical & commercial offers into the dedicated Supply Chain Directory,- To prepare the preliminary Supply Chain Execution Plan,- To participate in the preparation of benchmarks for strategic equipment,- To keep an overview on the market and strategic Vendors workload,- To participate in the sourcing of potential new vendors,- To participate in the recommendation of offers to be selected in the proposal,- To perform commercial analysis and provide reports, Your profile Business School Degree with a major in Purchasing or Technical HND Degree + one yearof specialization in Purchasing. - Minimum of 5 years experience in Procurement with a solid technical background ideally inthe Oil & Gas business.- English as your working language.

Business School Degree with a major in Purchasing or Technical HND Degree + one year
