Responsibilities: Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Mgr, this position is accountable for working closely with the Onshore Gas (OG) Process Owners and Architects. The EA infrastructure development involves building an integrated data and IT system to support our business and processes. This will involve significant mapping and understanding of our current data systems, applications and improvement areas. The Process focus is to design the simplest, most effective and efficient Onshore Gas core processes possible. Longer term, the focus will be on defining and implementing business performance measures and managing the Continuous Improvement cycle. This role is a surface/surveillance technical role in the OGEAP plan to implement a sustainable solution to improve how we manage and use data in OG. Requirements: 

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Project Management or relevant field of study; relevant work experience as a senior data management professional or technician will also be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have the ability and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in facilities or surface/surveillance
  • Demonstrated understanding of Onshore Gas subsurface/development process
  • Demonstrated knowledge of surface production systems (measurement, separation, dehydration, compression, product transport), project delivery process, well production systems, artificial lift, plunger lift, and production operations. Demonstrated knowledge of data management and application landscape
  • Demonstrated experience in change management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities to maximize overall results
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent computer skills
