Shell is currently looking for a talented HR professional to join our European Recruitment team to help meet the external resourcing needs of the business by hiring graduate talent into the company.  Recruitment is an integral part of the Human Resources (HR) function and this recruitment position would therefore be a good opportunity to build an HR career in one of the leading Energy companies in the world.Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be required to form and maintain close and strong working relationships with our business partners and candidates toensure that top talent is continuously attracted and guaranteed for Shell. The main duties will include, but not be exclusive, to the following:- ·   Work with our business partners to understand the business and recruitment needs both in the short and longer term. ·   Effective stakeholder management with our Marketing team, HR in the Business (HRitb) and Hiring Managers to ensure we attract applications from high potential talented graduates.  ·   Coach and guide Hiring Managers and HR / Talent Managers on Shell’s graduate recruitment process ensuring full understanding of responsibilities and cycle time commitments. ·   Conduct telephone interviews, facilitate final assessments, and manage offers, to ensure a smooth and timely selection and appointment of candidates. ·   Coach assessors, newly trained interviewers and campus ambassadors. ·   Ensure accurate tracking and recording of information in the recruiting database for candidates. ·   Ensure diversity and inclusiveness is a key consideration in all recruitment activities.Requirements: You will be of graduate calibre, with a professional background in Human Resources. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, along with proven organisational and project management skills is a prerequisite. In addition, your communication, influencing and relationship building skills need to be exceptional. Fluency in English, and preferably another European Language. (Dutch / German / Norwegian preferred). You will need to be able to travel occasionally for attraction events, business meetings and candidate assessments.
