Key Job Responsibilities for this position:•	Directing onsite field operation of drilling and completion rigs. •	Ensures operations meet all regulatory requirements. •	Monitors contractor activity to ensure all HES expectations are met. •	Plans and coordinates delivery of materials and services to ensure timely and cost effective results.•	Works with multi-cultural Company and and Contractor workforceRequired (Basic) Qualifications:•	Experience likely gained over 8+ years, preferably 2 years in a drill site supervisory role on land based drilling rigs.•	Well rounded in land Drilling & Completions operational skills including, multi well pad drilling, horizontal completions and fracturing experience preferred.•	Ability to work in remote locations with minimal local operations and logistics support. •	Work well in multi-cultural environment and with national employees.•	Good community relations skill needed to interact with local landowners as well as be able to facilitate difficult logistical and labour issues.•	Able to handle contingencies necessary to adapt to schedule changes, supply disruptions and other issues imposed.Chevron has a strong and growing global presence.
