We are currently seeking an experienced Controls and Instrumentation Engineer to work within the Khurais Producing Development Department
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Control System/Instrumentation Engineering and at least 10 years of experience.
You will be an expert in DCS, ESD, CCS and gas turbine control systems.
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide technical and engineering support to plants control systems and instrumentation. • Provide high level engineering expertise in resolving plant operation problems. • Issue/review design package for modifications or improvements and follow-up the execution plan as required. • Participate in investigation teams for analysis of plant or equipment trips and develop applicable recommendations. • Provide required support to the Operations & Maintenance Divisions as required. • Work with vendors as necessary to resolve problems, plan upgrades or implement technology items. • Formulate the basis for an engineering study or project or design in any basic or special engineering field by analyzing and evaluating all data pertinent to assignment. Evaluates data as to scope, effect on existing installation, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations.
