This position performs contract administration for major projects; assists in development of contracts by ensuring risk management, tax and accounting issues are properly addressed prior to submission of contracts for management approval; monitors and administers the business provisions of executed contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions to identify any financial or risk issues.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
CPA or MBA highly desired.
Five years of experience in contract administration and negotiation; auditing and cost controls associated with major projects in the oil & gas industry; establishing financial controls for monitoring reimbursable contract costs on material procurement contracts; and conducting studies, analyzing financial data, and monitoring costs and cost control procedures.
