HS&E Responsibilities

·         Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes Health Safety & Environment (HSE) policy.

Skill Requirements

·         Operator (not only Oilfield Services) field operations management and procurement experience, in a Field Superintendent, Production Foreman or Production Supervisor role, 

with asset / field responsibility for the OPEX budget and responsibility for all operationally-related work (flowlines, gathering systems, tank batteries, production facilities, well sites, workover rigs, etc.)

·         Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

·         Demonstrated proficiency in English (with both oral and written skills).

·         Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment.

·         Excellent planning and organizing skills.

·         Effective communicator with all levels of company and customer personnel.

·         Demonstrated experience displaying a thorough understanding of the needs of the operator (oil company) / asset manager.

·         Thorough understanding of third party resources needed to complete an Integrated Operation offering and how to access regional resources.

·         Thorough understanding of market conditions, with particular focus on area of responsibility.

·         Knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, contracting, QHSE and staffing.

·         Familiarity with product lines and service systems offered by the Enterprise.

 

Education/Experience

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

·         10+ years Energy industry experience.

·         International working experience.
